By registering for any event (including public training courses, webinars, and briefings) organized by E2 Workforce Consulting Sdn. Bhd., you agree to the following terms:
1. Registration & Participation
All registration details submitted must be accurate and complete. Any false or misleading information may result in cancellation without notice.
Access to webinars is restricted to registered participants only. Sharing or redistributing access links or login details is strictly prohibited.
For in-person events, your registration secures a seat but may still be subject to capacity limits or other operational considerations.
E2 Workforce Consulting Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to deny entry or remove participants who engage in disruptive behavior, misuse of the platform, or fail to comply with these terms.
2. Event Recording & Content Usage
Our events, whether online or in-person, may be recorded for internal training, documentation, and future knowledge-sharing purposes.
By attending, you consent to being recorded and to the possible use of excerpts (including your submitted questions or participation) for educational, promotional, or marketing purposes.
Participants are not permitted to record, reproduce, or distribute event content—whether slides, discussions, recordings, or proprietary materials—without prior written consent from E2 Workforce Consulting Sdn. Bhd.
3. Payment, Cancellation & Substitution
Payment must be made in full before the course or event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 7 working days prior to the event for a full refund.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 working days before the event or for no-shows.
Substitutions are allowed at any time before the event, subject to written notification.
4. HRD Corp (SBL-Khas) Claims
For events eligible under HRD Corp’s SBL-Khas scheme, it is the participant’s responsibility to obtain approval and fulfill claim requirements.
E2 Workforce Consulting Sdn. Bhd. will not be held liable for rejected claims and reserves the right to charge the full training fee in such cases.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Information you provide will be used exclusively for event-related purposes: registration, reminders, materials, and follow-up communications.
Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties, except where required by law.
By registering, you consent to receive event updates and occasional communications from E2 Workforce Consulting. You may opt out at any time.
6. Technical Requirements (For Online Events)
Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and access to a compatible browser or device.
Our online events are streamed via the official E2 Workforce Consulting website. We are not responsible for user-side technical issues such as poor connectivity, unsupported browsers, or device malfunctions.
Technical support will be limited to access-related queries.
7. Questions & Interaction
Participants are welcome to submit questions during both live and in-person sessions.
All submissions must be professional and relevant to the session topic.
Not all questions will be addressed, and moderation may apply at the discretion of the host or speaker.
8. Limitation of Liability
E2 Workforce Consulting Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or delays caused by events beyond its control—including technical disruptions, platform issues, or venue-related circumstances.
