1. Registration & Participation

• Your registration information must be accurate and complete. Any false or misleading information may result in the cancellation of your registration.

• The Microsoft Teams webinar link provided is unique to each registrant and must not be shared, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes.

• Access to the webinar is subject to Microsoft Teams’ platform availability and terms of service. E2 Workforce Consulting Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for any technical issues related to the Microsoft Teams platform.

• E2 Workforce Consulting Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to deny entry or remove participants from the session if there is any form of disruption, misconduct, or failure to adhere to these terms.
   

2. Event Recording & Content Usage

• This webinar may be recorded for internal training, knowledge-sharing, and future reference. By participating, you consent to being recorded.

• E2 Workforce Consulting Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to use excerpts from the webinar (including questions submitted by participants) for educational, promotional, or marketing purposes without additional consent.

• Participants are strictly prohibited from recording, reproducing, or distributing webinar content (including slides, discussions, or any proprietary material) without prior written permission.
   

3. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal information will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Information provided during registration (including name, email, and company details) will be used exclusively for event-related communications such as reminders, follow-ups, and post-event materials.

• We will not sell, rent, or distribute your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

4. Microsoft Teams Platform & Technical Requirements

• Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and the latest version of Microsoft Teams installed or accessible via a web browser.

• E2 Workforce Consulting Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for any connectivity issues, software malfunctions, or compatibility problems experienced by participants.

• Technical support for Microsoft Teams-related issues should be directed to Microsoft Support.

5. Submission of Questions

• Attendees are encouraged to submit questions before and during the webinar. However, only selected questions will be addressed during the live session at the discretion of the speaker or moderator.

• Questions must be relevant, respectful, and professional. Inappropriate or offensive submissions will not be entertained.

• E2 Workforce Consulting Sdn. Bhd. and its representatives shall not be held liable for any technical issues, connectivity problems, or disruptions beyond their control, including those related to Microsoft Teams.
