Workplace wellbeing is a critical issue, but HR leaders often face the challenge of balancing compassion with accountability. This webinar will explore how organizations can respond when mental health struggles and burnout intersect with misconduct, ensuring both fairness and responsibility.

Led by consultants Cassandra Peter and Karmen Fung, the session will provide practical strategies to recognize early warning signs, support employees effectively, and determine when empathy must transition into accountability. Attendees will leave with actionable insights to strengthen workplace culture while maintaining compliance and integrity.
